Our story begins with Gene Bentrup, the owner of Benchmark Complete Auto Care. Gene's passion for automobiles and a commitment to delivering the best automotive solutions led to the establishment of our family-owned and operated business in 2008. 

Managing the daily operations is Bert, whose expertise and leadership have earned him the role of manager. His extensive knowledge of the automotive industry and drive for excellence ensure that every customer at the shop receives first-class service. 

Gene and Bert’s, along with the rest of the team’s, unwavering dedication to quality service and genuine care for the community set the foundation for our shop.

We service all makes and models at Benchmark Complete Auto Care, ensuring that your vehicle receives personalized care and custom-tailored solutions. We are proud to be a NAPA AutoCare Center and provide clients with a 12-month/12,000-mile warranty. 

Our ASE-certified technicians consistently meet industry standards for quality and expertise. Our full-service auto repair shop is truly a one-stop shop, as we are also a Certified Vehicle Inspection Station for the state of Missouri.
